General Terms
The SolCard Card Agreement (this "Agreement," along with the General Terms, Fees Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, collectively form a legally binding agreement between you, the holder of the SolCard Card (the "Client"), and SolCard, also legally known as SC PAYMENTS PTE. LTD (UEN 202415947C), incorporated under the laws of Singapore. This Agreement governs the use of the SolCard Card and sets out other important information you need to know.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that by application procedure, indicates its intent to sign these terms and conditions and that it shall constitute its execution of the agreement between the Client and SolCard.
Purpose
SolCard Pay Card is a prepaid card that supports users to directly top-up USD amount using USDT, USDC, SOLC. The issuer reserves the right to amend the supported cryptocurrencies at any time without prior notice.
It can be used for online platforms globally that support Mastercard and Visa payment (such as Amazon, Ebay, etc.), and can be linked to Apple Pay for offline payment scenarios.
Fees and Charges
- Mastercard and Visa enabled.
- KYC required depends on the card type.
- Application fee depends on the card type.
- 1 USD monthly fee.
- There is recharge fee.
- There is a monthly limit and a recharge limit.
- Minimum recharge amount of 10 USD. The issuer reserves the right to change this at any time without prior notice.
- The SolCard Card is not a bank account and the fund top-up through crypto bears no interest.
Withdrawal procedure
- Users have the ability to withdraw any unused balances within the card account using USDT.
- The minimum amount that can be redeemed is 10 USD.
- The shortest time interval allowed for redemption is 48 hours.
Use of SolCard Card
- One user can only apply for one SolCard Card at a time. Additional slots for more cards may be purchased subject to availability and in accordance with the terms and conditions governing such purchases.
- SolCard may setup and adjust, in its sole discretion, the maximum number of under certain SolCard Card, the Monthly Limit and Card Limit for risk control and regulatory compliance purposes from time to time. Any payment exceeding such Monthly Limit shall be rejected.
- All SolCard Card remains property of the Service Provider and must be returned upon request. The Service Provider may cancel, revoke, repossess or restrict the use of the SolCard Card at any time. SolCard may decline to authorize or reverse charges or suspend SolCard Card for any reason including violation of this Agreement, suspected fraud, or creditworthiness. SolCard also may decline to authorize Transactions at merchants characterized by the Service Provider. SolCard is not responsible for losses resulting from declined or reversed Transactions.
- If the Service Provider determines that the Client’s SolCard Card receives, or is likely to receive, a disproportionately high number of declined transactions, reversals, refunds, disputes, fees or other liability, the Client may be subject to certain handling fee upon notice via email. The Client agrees to terminate the use of the Services if it does not agree to such fees or charges.
- The card account itself is protected by a sophisticated bank-level security system, ensuring full protection of funds. Every time a user initiates a CVV or address information request, it undergoes secure verification. Users can also easily cancel their SolCard Card and return the balance to their own wallet. We do not recommend that users share their CVV code under any circumstances.
- The Client shall be responsible for securing account credentials, SolCard Card numbers and security features (including the CVV and PIN, if any). The Client shall be responsible for charges, fees and penalties resulting from any client’s failure to exercise reasonable care in safeguarding SolCard cards from loss or theft, failure to promptly report loss or theft. If the Client uses or allows someone else to use the SolCard Card for any other purpose, the Client will be responsible for such use and may be required to reimburse SolCard and the Service Provider for all amounts or expenses paid by such entities as a result of such use. The Client understands that it is its responsibility to monitor any suspicious or unauthorized activities on the SolCard Card. The Client understands that it is liable for the unauthorized use of the SolCard Card to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Card Cancellation Process
- When a user initiates a card cancellation request, the system checks whether there is any balance in the account. If the balance is equal to or greater than 10 USD, the card cancellation refund process proceeds.
- If there is no balance in the account, the user will receive a prompt to confirm the destruction of the SolCard Card.
- If the balance in the account is less than 10 USD, the user will receive a prompt informing them that the balance is insufficient to be refunded, and then asked to confirm the cancellation.
- During the cancellation refund process, the withdrawal amount will be fixed.

The issuance of SolCard Cards is managed by SolCard, utilizing the B2B services of Alchemy Pay for operational support and compliance facilitation.
